This course helps and builds leaner’s confidence in the use of English to communicate properly at workplaces especially in the hospitality industry and other aspects of life, how to speak fluently and respond nicely to client and staff in an organization, how to work as a team member for the greater and successful growth of the organization, how to lead as a team leader and assisting team members in any area of difficulties, how to render splendid customers care service to the client and resolve any issues from client complain.
